We live less than one block from the beach, along one of the world's longest boardwalks. Here you'll be able to do infinite outdoor activities, exercise, meditate, and have quiet times on the beach, or just look at the ocean from your window.

One of our favorite things about living in an international community is our corporate worship times. We worship nearly anywhere, whether we're in our auditorium, cafe, or even out on the street!

You can surf in Mazatlan year round. There are breaks everywhere, and the beach in front of our base is a point well known for its solid waves. Whether you're a beginner or advanced surfer, you'll have no problem finding waves perfect for your skill level.

What if Mazatlan was just the first step? You'll likely have the chance to go on outreach to a different country, maybe even a different continent. You'll learn how to adapt to new cultures and share Christ with people of different religions.

If you aren't convinced yet, this is the moment. TACOS! It's impossible to come to Mazatlan and not see a taco stand on nearly every street. Whether it's a food cart or a restaurant, Mazatlan has some of the most delicious food you can try in Mexico. When you get here, make sure to order a "chorreada." Not sure what that is? Guess you'll have to see for yourself.
If you love walking, hiking, photography, or just exploring in general, then you can't miss a visit to the Mazatlan lighthouse. It's is the tallest natural lighthouse in the world. Here you'll find one of the best views of the city, not to mention a perfect morning quiet time spot.
From our in-house Café Selah to the local Looney Bean, you'll never be missing out on a good brew (or smoothie, for you non-coffee drinkers). We created our own café not only for the coffee, but also to be a place to rest and connect with God.
On the topic of different cultures, did you know that most of our community speaks Spanish? For you non-Spanish speakers, this will make a perfect opportunity to learn the local language. But don't worry, most of our community speaks English, too, so you won't be lost!
